Brief History:

Palm Valley Care Services, Inc. is a family-owned non medical health care service provider. It was founded on Mother’s Day, May19, 1997. We started the business as a Residential Care Facility licensed for six (6) non-ambulatory clients in Elk Grove, California. After two years, the second facility was opened in 1999 and the third one on February 2003. All facilities are situated in old town part of the City of Elk Grove.

Also on June 2001, we opened our In Home Care Support Services. This came about due to the demands of our waiting clients and potential residents. Our reputation for the care and putting the needs of our clients first, had given Palm Valley a name of distinction in providing quality care. We continue to flourish and we are greatly supported by the community.

Palm Valley Care Homes (RCFE’s – Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) and In – Home Care Services provide Professionally Trained Staff and Caregivers to assist seniors in their activities of daily living. Our office is located at 2717 Cottage Way, Suites 18 & 19, in Sacramento, CA. We currently have about 1,000 Professional Caregivers in our database. Also providing professional services in our staff are medical professionals such as Medical Social Workers, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.

On November 2004 our Elder Referral & Placement Service and Geriatric Care Management Service were created. These services benefit our In-Home Care and Care Facilities by finding appropriate care settings and good environments if living at home is no longer a choice. This is a free service to the potential clients. If the elderly is placed in the facility, a finder’s fee is charged to the facility whose vacancy was filled.

In March 2007, we opened our Office in dublin, CA.
